Harnessing New Technologies for the Arts

The Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF), now known as Creative West, is a regional nonprofit arts service organization dedicated to strengthening the financial, organizational, and policy infrastructure of the arts in the western United States. In 2007, WESTAF co-hosted Open Dialogue XI: Global Connections to Cultural Democracy, a symposium that convened arts and culture practitioners to discuss the role of the arts in promoting cultural democracy and social justice.
